- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups ketchup

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 saute meat with vegetables. drain. add remaining ingrediants and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
