Orange Mallow

Ingredients

• 22 large marshmallows (or 2 cups miniature marshmallows)
• 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
• 2/3 cup orange juice
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Recipe

• 1 heat marshmallows, orange peel and orange juice over medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted. cool about 15 minutes, or until thickened.
• 2 beat whipping cream in chilled medium bowl until stiff. stir marshmallow mixture to blend, then fold into whipped cream.
• 3 divide amount 6 dessert dishes. refrigerate about 2 hours or until set. refrigerate any remaining dessert.
