Jello Pinwheels

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jello gelatin, any flavor
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows

Recipe

• 1 lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
• 2 mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2-2 qt microwavable bowl.
• 3 cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
• 4 stir to dissolve completely.
• 5 add marshmallows to gelatin.
• 6 microwave one minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.
• 7 stir until completely melted and mixture is smooth (creamy layer will float to top).
• 8 pour into prepared pan.
• 9 refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
• 10 loosen edges with knife dipped in warm water.
• 11 starting at one end, roll up tightly.
• 12 with seam side down, cut into 10-12 1/2 inch slices.
• 13 serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
