- 4 cups water
- 1 piece fresh ginger (walnut size)
- 8 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup splenda granular
Recipe
- 1 steep tea for 7 minutes.
- 2 chill for 4 hours.
- 3 add lemon and fresh mint.
