Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup sliced fresh fruit
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
