Mustard Pickles

Total Time: 24 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 cucumbers
  • 4 -6 onions
  • 2 tablespoons pickling salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Recipe

  • 1 slice onions.
  • 2 peel and slice cucumbers.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
  • 4 drain.
  • 5 place in a pot and cover with a little water.
