Mushy Peas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 5 cups frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup finely diced celery
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in pot and fry onion for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add sage, celery and peas.
  • 3 combine and cover, cook for 15 minutes.
  • 4 stir regularly.
  • 5 uncover, add cream and heat through.
