Ingredients

- 120 g mangoes (2 cheeks canned drained)
- 250 ml skim milk (1 cup)
- 260 g yoghurt (1 cup low-fat natural)
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
Recipe
- 1 put the mango, milk, yoghurt and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2 divide between glasses to serve.
