Mango And Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 120 g mangoes (2 cheeks canned drained)
  • 250 ml skim milk (1 cup)
  • 260 g yoghurt (1 cup low-fat natural)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom

Recipe

  • 1 put the mango, milk, yoghurt and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2 divide between glasses to serve.
