Lemon Caper Dip

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, drained
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed, snipped or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, finely grated

Recipe

  • 1 in a small, non-reactive serving bowl combine all the ingredients.
  • 2 cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • 3 *stir dip before serving.*.
  • 4 garnish with some fresh dill weed and a few strands of lemon peel.
