Ingredients

- 2 bunches broccoli
- 6 -8 ounces bacon, cut as pictured (1/2 pack cut in middle)
- 1/3-2/3 cup water
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon until nicely browned and has separated from other pieces.
- 2 do not drain bacon grease.
- 3 add broccoli and water.
- 4 simmer 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed; stirring occasionally.
- 5 serve and eat!
