Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup broken pecans
Recipe
- 1 sift together cocoa and 1 cup powdered sugar.
- 2 combine and stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
- 3 add and mix thoroughly vanilla wafers and pecans.
- 4 roll mixture into small balls.
- 5 dredge in remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
