Green Juice (for Your Juicer)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 large cucumbers (only peel if they are not organic)
  • 4 -5 stalks kale
  • 4 -5 romaine leaves
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 -2 big broccoli stem
  • 1 -2 pear (i use 2 small pears)
  • 1 inch piece ginger (fresh ginger. sometimes i use a bit less.)

Recipe

  • 1 juice all of the ingredients and enjoy the health benefits!
