- 3 -4 cups diced melon (1 large cantaloupe or half a medium watermelon)
- 1 1/2 cups chilled water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 large limes, juice of
Recipe
- 1 place the melon and water in a blender or food processor and process until liquid (do it in batches if necessary). strain the liquid through a fine sieve into a pitcher. discard excess pulp. add sugar and lime juice to the liquid and chill well before serving.
