Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, bring mango, water and sugar to a boil. reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half. add mint and vinegar.
- 2 transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
- 3 fold whipped cream, one third at a time, into mango puree. refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
