Jim's Raita

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon toasted cumin seed
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 chill for at least 30 minutes before serving, allowing flavors to mingle.
