Irish Baileys

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces sugar
  • 5 ounces hot water
  • 12 ounces whiskey (poitin if you can get it)
  • 28 ounces evaporated milk
  • 50 ml cocoa

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve the sugar with the hot water.
  • 2 leave to cool.
  • 3 add the whiskey then leave until cold.
  • 4 mix the evaporated milk with the cocoa.
  • 5 add to the cold mixture.
  • 6 ready to drink immediately.
