Honeybee Fondant

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 5 lbs powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• cooking spray

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar, water, vinegar and vanilla and heat. do not heat to over 240 degrees. mix in 1 t honey bee healthy if you have it on hand.
• 2 spray smooth paper plates with oil and pour mixture to mold. let sit a couple of days, then pop out of mold and feed one in between the brood boxes (near wherever all the bees are).
• 3 extra plates of fondant can be frozen.
