Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup salt
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• food coloring

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients in saucepan.
• 2 cook on medium heat until thick.
• 3 store in airtight container.
