Rowand Style Deviled Eggs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • paprika (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs in a a sauce pan and fill with water at least 1 inch above the eggs
  • 2 heat rapidly to boil for 3 minutes.
  • 3 remove from heat
  • 4 let stand 22-24 minutes.
  • 5 cool eggs immediately in cold water to prevent further cooking; peel.
  • 6 cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. slip out yolks
  • 7 put yolks in a bowl setting white aside.
  • 8 mash yolks with a fork mix in remaining ingredients omitting paprika; mix well.
  • 9 fill egg whites with mixture, heaping lightly.
  • 10 sprinkle with paprika.
