- 6 -8 medium small red potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 spray 13x9 dish with cooking spray.
- 3 slice potatoes fairly thin and place in dish.
- 4 drizzle with olive oil.
- 5 toss to coat.
- 6 sprinkle italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on top.
- 7 bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
