Sesame Kale

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 bunch kale, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. remove from heat. add water and kale and stir to mix. drain. toss with soy sauce and sesame seeds. (i prefer to cut kale, rinse and let sit in colander until ready. i omit adding the extra water as the kale has some on it).
