Sesame Green Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 12 cherry tomatoes or 12 grape tomatoes, halved
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together soy sauce,oil, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2 bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. add green beans.
  • 3 and cook until tender, about 2 minutes.drain under cold water for 30 seconds. add beans and tomatoes to soy sauce mixture and toss to combine. serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
