- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 12 ounces emeril's sesame and ginger marinade
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 8 ounces mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken stock
Recipe
- 1 place onions and garlic in the bottom of crockpot.
- 2 add chicken trying to get the thighs on the onions, overlapping leg portions as necessary.
- 3 add mushrooms and pour marinade and chicken stock over all.
- 4 cook on low 8 hours.
