Lemon & Cream Pops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (may use low fat)
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk preferred, but can use 2%)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Recipe

  • 1 whisk ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 pour into 8 ice pop molds or paper cups (3 oz.).
  • 3 top with holders or wooden sticks.
  • 4 freeze 6-8 hours, or until solid.
