- 1 medium mango, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 fresh medium pineapple, peeled cored and chopped
- 1 teaspoon crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 place mango and pineapple on baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- 2 in a food processor, process frozen fruit along with ginger and ice cream. serve immediately or freeze to serve later.
