Ingredients
- 6 lemons
- 1 1/2-2 kg sugar
- 30 g tartaric
- 60 g citric acid
- 8 cups boiling water
Recipe
- 1 finely grate the rind off lemons and then juice them all.
- 2 put all dry ingredients and lemon juice into a saucepan or large bowl and add boiling water slowly. mix to dissolve, cool, then bottle and seal.
- 3 serve diluted with water or soda water, according to taste.
