- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage, rubbed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3 strain mixture through a sieve into a bowl; discard solids. serve hot.
